Unfortunately, this was one of my worst experiences at a nail salon. My technician cut my feet to the point of BLEEDING TWICE during my pedicure, leaving me in incredible pain for the week. My nail technician also kept filing my one toenail for no reason to the point of bleeding and now there’s a cut on my toe from it. My nails and toenails are not shaped evenly at all, and my nails look worse than when I do them myself. They have little bubbles in them and chipped after 2 days. Also, they do not offer a drink like other salons do, and 2 of the employees were sitting laughing at their phones watching videos at full blast the entire time. Just unprofessional and not a calming experience like you’d want from a salon. I never leave reviews but I was so disappointed by this experience, and feel the need to share so someone else doesn’t go through it.
